3. Data Transfer and Hosting

All your data (Personal Data, profile content, media, Usage Data) is hosted and processed on the Supabase platform, whose servers are located in the United States. By submitting your data to Slaze.me, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of this information on servers located outside the European Union (or your jurisdiction), where data protection laws may differ.

If you reside outside the United States, by providing your Personal Data, you explicitly accept this transfer and processing in the United States.

4. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties. However, we may disclose your information in the following cases:

• Supabase (hosting, database, storage)
• Email providers for sending notifications and transactional emails (password reset, account confirmations)
• Analytics services (Google Analytics or self-hosted equivalent) to analyze site traffic

4.1 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation (subpoena, court order, government request)
• Protect our rights, property, or safety, as well as those of our users or the public

Slaze.me is not intended for persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without parental consent, we will remove that data as soon as possible.

8. Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data and Usage Data as long as your account is active or as needed to:

• Provide the requested services (Slaze.me profile, customization, analytics)

If you delete your account, we retain certain anonymized information (aggregated statistics, security logs) for the minimum period required by law (usually 1 to 3 years), then we permanently purge them.
