1. Terms

By accessing Slaze.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and accept responsibility for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Slaze.me. All content and materials on Slaze.me are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Use License

Slaze.me grants you permission to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Slaze.me for personal, non-commercial, and transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy any materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for public display;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Slaze.me;
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on any other server.

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Slaze.me at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with Slaze.me, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access your account and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

Slaze.me allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through Slaze.me, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through Slaze.me, you represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have obtained all rights to use it and grant Slaze.me the rights and license described in these Terms; and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through Slaze.me does not violate any third party’s rights, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or contract rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use Slaze.me only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Slaze.me:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation;
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Slaze.me, a Slaze.me employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others or that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Termination

Slaze.me may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Slaze.me will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Slaze.me, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Slaze.me; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on Slaze.me; (iii) any content obtained from Slaze.me; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Slaze.me has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

Slaze.me reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at Slaze.me’s sole discretion. By continuing to access or use Slaze.me after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
